Thin but adventerous,
Knowledgable but impractical,
But soars above amongst the rest.

Work is interesting these few days. Minor politics and turn into big ones, and when partners aren't properly taken care of, everything turns into a chaos.

The only thing I can say is to see things your way, and see it from a manager's point of view. Then you'll understand how should things really go.
