It's been a while. I guess I can see how much of a nuisance I can be on social media given that I thought my last post was in 2010.
Obviously not.
Today's one of those days which I had some time to evaluate what's going on, and I've picked up some interesting observations given this day an age.
There's only a few things I'd like to say, though.
1)
The world will always be filled with good, and evil. Like life, it is never perfect, and the same goes to change. Some change for the better, some change for the worse.
There is both heaven, and hell. If everything was perfect, life would lose its meaning. Therefore, you need to choose which side you're on, and fight against those who oppose against you.
2)
Everybody's frame of reference is different. Just because you are passionate about something, doesn't mean the next person will give a flying rat's ass about it.
3)
You only need to spend life with a handful of people. You will know who's going to have your back when your life turns to shit.
4)
Holding onto memories is, sometimes, a waste. This is in reference to both good, and bad memories. The concern, given this day and age, is really about the future. And the world is in such a terrible shape in so many aspects, and we're given powerful tools (like the Internet) to know too much to care about what's really going on.
5)
You really have to be aware of time. Don't make all the wrong decisions by spending it with the wrong people, who may influence your life to be of less quality (based on your own definition on what's a "good quality life". Not everybody loves a house on the hill, overseeing the whole world.).
This is fairly important, because change will happen. And when it does, don't end up crying because you've been stabbed by your best friend without anyone's attention, even if it was unintended.
It's a bit sad to know the environment we're living in introduces a lot of disconnection between individuals. How's that possible when we're given tools like the internet, yet we're not connected with each other?
And maybe, I'll get back into writing. Problem is, who's the audience?
